Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the project anytime even just before the ending, Uttam Kumar Sarker | Agency | Team Members | An Expert will not refund any payment and will not be responsible for the committed result.
However, we would request the customer to notify at least one month prior to cancellation of any agreement or running work.
Deposits & Payments
Project or Contractual Deal: At the start of the development process of company website, you need to pay us 50% of the total amount in advance, the remaining balance of 50% can be paid after launching your site on the web (www).
We will start the development immediately upon receiving of the initial payment.
Mode of Payment: Client can give us directly their payment either by Bank Account or Cheque | Cash | Paypal | Payoneer.
